2. Hosting & Technology

We host our website with Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.

• Why? To provide the website securely and quickly. During this process, server log files (e.g., IP addresses) are automatically recorded.
• Security: We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the host. Switzerland offers a recognized high level of data protection.

3. Contact & Newsletter

We use the WordPress plugins Contact Form 7 and Flamingo.

• Contact: Providing your name and email address is voluntary and serves only to process your inquiry.
• Newsletter: If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is mandatory for delivery.
• Storage: Data is only stored as long as necessary for the intended purpose (evaluating your feedback and communicating with you) and is not passed on to unauthorized third parties.

4. Cookies & Social Media

• Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or analysis tools. If there are cookies used on the site, they are essential for the technial functionality (e.g. for login, language, forms, or comements).
• Links: Our links to LinkedIn and Instagram are standard hyperlinks. You only leave our site upon clicking, at which point the privacy policies of the respective platforms apply.

You have the right to information, correction, and deletion of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Rhineland-Palatinate.
